Our Pre-Order Process

1. Choose the pre-order product and review the estimated release date, price and payment terms shown on its product page.
2. If the product page offers a deposit option, the deposit reserves your order while the manufacturer prepares production.
3. If full payment is required at checkout, your order will remain reserved until stock arrives unless the order is cancelled in accordance with this policy.
4. When the manufacturer confirms production or shipment, Toyseasy will update the product or order information when meaningful new information becomes available.
5. If a remaining balance is required, we will send payment instructions before shipment.
6. After full payment has been received and the item arrives at our fulfillment facility, the order will be prepared for shipment.

Pre-Order Arrival Date

All release and arrival dates shown for pre-order products are estimates based on information available from the manufacturer or distributor.

Manufacturers may change production schedules because of manufacturing delays, licensing approvals, quality-control issues, international shipping conditions or other factors outside Toyseasy's control.

If the manufacturer officially cancels a product, Toyseasy will contact affected customers and provide the appropriate refund or order adjustment.

Pre-Order Cancellation

Please place pre-orders only when you intend to complete the purchase. Limited-production collectibles may be ordered from the manufacturer specifically according to customer demand.

• Cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of the pre-order and the payment terms disclosed on the product page.
• If a deposit is described as non-refundable at checkout, that term applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Once an item has entered final fulfillment, been specially ordered, or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
• If Toyseasy or the manufacturer cancels the product, amounts paid for the cancelled item will be handled according to the payment method used and applicable law.

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review the order and resolve the issue.

Pre-Order Payment

Payment arrangements differ between products. Always check the individual product page before ordering.

• Some products require full payment when the order is placed.
• Some products may offer a deposit followed by a remaining balance before shipment.
• The payment method and amount displayed at checkout are the terms applicable to that order.

If a remaining balance becomes due, Toyseasy will send a payment notice using the email address associated with your order.

Failure to complete a required balance payment within the stated payment window may result in cancellation of the reservation, subject to the terms disclosed for that product and applicable law.

Arrival Notices

Important pre-order notices may be sent by email, including balance-payment reminders, release updates and shipment notifications.

• Please keep your email address current.
• Check spam or junk folders if you are expecting a pre-order notice.
• Add Toyseasy emails to your safe-sender list where possible.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining accurate contact information associated with their order.

Pre-Order Pricing

The price displayed when you place your pre-order is based on the information available at that time.

If a manufacturer changes its wholesale price, product specification, shipping arrangement or other material terms before release, Toyseasy will review the affected orders.

We will not silently charge an additional amount without appropriate notice and authorization where required.

Any promotion, coupon or discount is subject to the terms shown when it is offered and may not apply retroactively to earlier orders.

Address Change Notice

Because pre-orders may remain open for several months, please contact Toyseasy as soon as possible if your shipping address changes.

Address changes should be requested before the order enters fulfillment.

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, Toyseasy may not be able to redirect it. Additional shipping or carrier fees caused by a late address change may be the customer's responsibility where permitted.

Pre-Order Fulfillment

Collectibles may arrive at Toyseasy in batches rather than all at once. Orders are normally fulfilled according to stock availability, payment completion and operational processing.

If your order contains multiple pre-order products with different release dates, shipment timing may depend on the shipping method and fulfillment arrangement selected for the order.

Toyseasy may contact you if separate shipment or an additional shipping charge is necessary before fulfillment.

Additional Notes

Product photos shown during the pre-order period may be prototypes or promotional samples. Final production items may include reasonable differences in color, finish, accessories or packaging.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
